Fisting, also known as fist fucking and handballing, is a sexual act that involves one sexual partner inserting a hand into the vagina or anus of another partner. Pleasure is derived from the thrusting action. In vaginal fisting, the woman receiving the fist has her vagina stretched significantly and penetration is much deeper than is possible with a penis. In addition to hand fisting, some sexual partners use their feet for pussy penetration. The use of a foot create far more pussy stretching than is possible with normal pussy fisting. Rubber socks are often worn to reduce the risk of vaginal injury during foot penetration.
